Follow these steps to recover your password

Enter your email address

Go back to the forgot password page and enter the email address you used to register your account.

Check your email inbox

After clicking "Send reset email", the system will send a password reset email containing a link to your email address.

Click the link in the email

Open the email and click on the password reset link. This link will take you to the page where you can set a new password.

Create a new password

On the password reset page, enter your new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it. Then click "Update password" to complete the process.

Troubleshooting

  • Not receiving email: Check your spam folder, ensure you entered the correct email address, and try again after a few minutes.
  • Link in spam folder not clickable: If the email is in your spam/junk folder, you must first mark it as "Not Spam" to move it to your main inbox. Only then will you be able to click the reset link. This is a security feature to prevent clicking links directly from spam folders.
  • Link not working: The link may have expired or you may be using a different browser. The password reset link can only be used in the same browser where you requested the reset. Make sure you're using the same browser, or request a new email from the forgot password page.
  • Email doesn't exist: Make sure you have registered an account with this email. If not, please sign up for a new account.
